Hello all! Just wanted to do a quick recap of what we are doing for TOTA.

 

Refreshment table outside of art gallery

Emily Hill is doing cake truffles. We need non-alcohlic drinks, napkins and cups.

 

Silent Auction Items

Emily Hill -gift certificate to Sweet Cakes Bakery.

Paige Furr - pottery.

Erik Schuessler- Starbucks gift card.

Alan Vongphouthong -3 framed pictures of Paris.

Juliana Williams -various books.

 

Ean and Erik- Any luck with Whole Foods, Lee Harvey's or the wine? Don't think wine can be brought on school property but a card explaning and then you pick it up at the place would be okay.

All- If you have any other items for the silent auction please let me know ASAP. I have a call in to the TOTA chair and I will know more info about drop off hopefully by Wednesday. Also, please email me if you have a specific time you would like to volunteer. We need people at the refreshment table and in the silent auction room.

 

TOTA is going to be AWESOME this year. This is the first year it has been at the school in a while and I know everyone is excited to see the new building and all the performances. Parking is limited so keep that in mind when you head over on Saturday night. One Arts Plaza does have valet. Thanks so much and I am looking forward to seeing everyone on Saturday!
