I think this should be a item on our agenda, that way we save our comments for everyone to get a broader perspective. B.J. Nickerson

Obviously we love the school but that doesn't mean we will always agree with its management. We do not want to be in a position where someone can say "if the alumni don't do X then we will stop receiving your mail". I'm not trying to be antagonistic or paranoid but I do think we should be practical. Earth Class Mail would let us pick up mail remotely and order it to be shipped wherever we like for permanent filing. They have a $9.99 a month plan with 1 user or $19.99 for 5 users. I think the $19.99 plan would save us money, give us a permanent address and save the secretary the trouble of driving across town to pick up mail. Please read over what it offers because I think its a bargain all things considered. ----- "Carin Thompson" wrote: > We need to deermine what to do with the PO Box. We are paying around 300.00 a year for a box that is not being used. Renewal is coming up in April.
