- Memorial Day Weekend; May 22 & 23. (Juliana Williams-Chairperson)
- Need to form committee. One rep from each cluster.
- Friday, May 22: Formal Performance in MAT. Tech 4:30-7:00. Show at 8. Possible School Tours that day/afternoon. *will ask if each cluster wants representation in this show too.
- Saturday, May 23: 10am-2pm Master Classes and school tours. Put call on website and have alumni ‘apply’ to teach class. Hold vote. $5-$10 to attend. Need to pay for Security and Custodians ($720- $300 custodian, $420 Security- 2 of each). Possibly need to pay for HVAC costs as well. Will be open to grad seniors and maybe juniors as space allows. Discussed having forums with reps from talent agencies, ReelFX, music and theater people. Art Show opening will take place this day too. Talked about offering donated gift cards in lieu of payment to people who teach class or run a panel/forum.
- Saturday night. Event at Dada. Same set-up as Holiday Party. Paige will chair the Sat night party.
